Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Bristol seeks a Programme Lead - Naval to drive delivery across the MT30 and related naval programmes. You will own the creation, commitment, communication and daily management of an integrated programme plan aligned to contracted requirements, coordinating with engineering, procurement and other functions.

managing Naval programmes throughout all stages of the project life cycle.What you will be doing:Act as a prime interface for customers from the point of quotation to contract close-out.Own the creation, commitment, communication, and daily management of an integrated programme plan that delivers to contracted customer requirements.Work with engineering, supporting functions and the wider programme team to prioritise, resource, and govern packages of work in support of Original Equipment programme delivery.Own and manage programme risk, finances, and scheduling.Review programme progress against committed plans, identify where corrective action is required and drive resolution including effective escalation.Deliver new work proposal submissions, integrating with purchasing, commercial and other supporting functions as required.Position qualifications:Experience of managing projects with multiple key stakeholders and customersStrong written and oral communication skillsGood practical
