Job summary

Rolls-Royce Derby is seeking a Project Delivery Professional to join the AUKUS programme and project controls team. You will contribute to planning, cost estimation, and reporting, working across internal groups to meet programme requirements.

The role requires experience with Primavera P6, SAP, and DevOps, with a proactive, adaptable mindset to navigate early-stage ambiguity and support bid activities. You will develop materials for reviews and maintain robust project plans to drive successful

Qualifications

Broad, general knowledge of Project Management.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage relationships.
Organised with a proactive attitude.
An adaptable individual who is content dealing with ambiguity in early programme stages.
Experience of planning, ideally with Primavera P6, and project delivery/controls.
Attained an APM Project Management Qualification or equivalent PM knowledge.

Responsibilities

Interfacing with internal teams to ensure a cohesive programme that delivers the programme requirements.
Developing materials to support internal and external customer reviews.
Providing information to support business case development and contract bid activities.
Provide input to financial management processes, including estimating costs and managing cost profiles.
Maintain, develop & communicate the plan in the designated planning tool sets (P6, DevOps and SAP).
Ensure the project controls processes are effectively deployed and maintained.
