Man Group, a global investment management firm headquartered in London, is seeking a Middle Office Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will support asset managers by performing NAV estimates, cash and position reconciliations, and reporting across multiple funds.

The role involves improving processes, leveraging AI, Excel, and internal databases, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver accurate analytics and reporting.

Formación

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Excel and data tooling; comfortable with internal databases.
• Interest in investment operations and market infrastructure.
• Experience with financial reporting and NAV calculations is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyse fund P&L across asset classes to support reporting.
• Estimate NAV of funds on daily, weekly, and monthly bases; check accrued income/expenses.
• Reconcile between Custodians, Prime brokers, and internal records; investigate breaks.
• Liaise with fund administrator to reconcile final NAVs.
• Ensure integrity of asset manager data prices in internal systems.
• Develop and automate reporting and analytics using available tools.
