Job summary

OCR Alpha, partnering with a growing hedge fund in London, is hiring a Middle Office Analyst to support trading activity across the full trade lifecycle. You will perform daily P&L analysis, reconciliations, and resolve trade/valuation discrepancies, overseeing monthly NAV cycles with fund administrators, and contribute to automation and operational projects.

The role offers exposure to portfolio managers, traders and quantitative developers, with responsibility for treasury/ collateral

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Middle Office, Fund Operations or Product Control, ideally within a hedge fund or investment bank.
• Strong P&L and valuations experience, with hands-on NAV exposure essential.
• Experience supporting Fixed Income or Macro trading strategies, with exposure to products such as government bonds, interest rate swaps and futures.

Responsibilities

• Broad Middle Office responsibilities, supporting trading activity across the full trade lifecycle.
• Daily P&L analysis, reconciliations and resolution of trade and valuation discrepancies.
• Oversight of the monthly NAV cycle, working closely with fund administrators.
• Involvement in treasury, collateral management and wider operational processes.
• Contribution to automation initiatives, operational projects and process improvements.
