The role focuses on front-to-back data ownership, governance and cost management of market data content, with global teams across London, New York, Tokyo and beyond.

The incumbent will liaise with senior stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and oversee cost optimisation initiatives while ensuring alignment with firm strategy and risk

Qualifications

• Seasoned professional with knowledge of trade life cycle, markets and products.
• Experience in an investment bank or broker/dealer environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills enabling effective liaison with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Manage market data relationships between business stakeholders and external data providers.
• Approve or reject market data service requests ensuring cost alignment.
• Oversee market data trials, implementations and renewals for each business unit.
• Lead market data cost optimization initiatives and provide advisory services.
