National Westminster Bank Plc is seeking a Funds Financing Analyst to support the origination, analysis, structuring and execution of NAV financing transactions for private markets funds. You’ll collaborate with Trading, Portfolio Management, Legal and Credit risk teams to drive efficient processes and develop new structures and opportunities.

The role emphasises risk analysis, portfolio stress testing and attention to detail, with a focus on private equity financing in a regulated environment.

• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Experience or interest in structured lending/products beneficial.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with effective communication.

Mansioni

• Support origination, analysis, structuring and execution of Funds Financing transactions.
• Assess risks and portfolio risk, conduct stress testing, and ROIC evaluation.
• Assist with end-to-end transaction processes from origination to closing and portfolio management.
• Maintain and update the structuring pipeline; drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Trading, Sales, Portfolio Management, Legal and Credit risk teams.
• Share best practices within the C&I franchise and promote innovation.
