Job summary

NatWest Markets in London is seeking a Funds Financing Analyst to support the origination, analysis, structuring and execution of complex NAV financing transactions for private markets funds.

You will collaborate with Trading, Portfolio Management, Legal and Credit teams to develop new structures, manage risk and improve efficiency while gaining exposure to private equity financing and related products.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in Funds Financing, Structured Financing or Leverage Finance is a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist origination through execution of NAV financing transactions and related structures.
• Analyse risks and perform portfolio risk analysis and stress testing.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support closing and portfolio management.
• Maintain the structuring pipeline and drive process improvements.
