NatWest Group is seeking a Funds Financing, NAV Financing Analyst in London to support the origination, analysis, structuring and execution of complex NAV financing transactions for private equity and other private markets funds.

You will collaborate with Trading, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Legal and other NatWest Markets teams, helping develop new structures and opportunities while maintaining alignment with risk appetite. Strong modelling and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in Funds Financing or Structured Financing preferred.
• Interest in private equity and private markets.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist origination, analysis, structuring and execution of Funds Financing transactions.
• Support pipeline management and stakeholder coordination.
• Analyse risks, portfolio risks and stress testing.
• Drive improvements in operational efficiency and business processes.
