Job summary

NatWest Group is seeking a Liability Structuring Analyst in Greater London to analyse liability-side transactions, identify structural risks and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies. You will support senior structurers, maintain client relationships, and contribute to business opportunities.

You will coordinate approvals and manage projects through to completion, while supporting the ongoing Secured Note programme and related stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Ability to quantitatively evaluate transactions and dissect documentation to identify structural risks.
• Knowledge of core banking regulations or accounting principles.
• Ability to manage multi-faceted commercial projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and review potential liability-side transactions to identify structural risks.
• Ensure structuring activities align with conduct, operational, credit and regulatory policies.
• Manage internal approvals and liaise with third parties to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Support ownership of the Secured Note programme updates and execution; handle pipeline and account setup.
