Job summary

Work Life Group is delivering an end-user device deployment across multiple NATO sites in Europe. The IT Support Technician will provide on-site L1/L2 support during laptop handovers and assist users with login and basic device issues.

Assignments are travel-friendly and can be matched to locations such as The Hague, Oeiras, or Northwood. Applicants must hold an active NATO Secret clearance, be proficient in English, and be available for at least one deployment period.

Qualifications

• Active NATO Secret security clearance required.
• Experience in L1/L2 IT support, desktops, deskside or service desk.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows, login and basic user/device issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site L1/L2 IT support during end-user laptop handovers.
• Assist users with login and basic device issues on deployment days.
• Support end-user deskside needs and avoid infrastructure-focused tasks.
