Progress Sales Recruitment Ltd is representing a market‑leading healthcare organisation seeking a National Sales Manager to lead its wound care and tissue viability sales operation across the UK. You will shape national strategy, build and mentor a high‑performing team, and drive sustainable commercial growth.

You will develop key customer relationships with NHS stakeholders, formulate adoption strategies, and work with senior leadership to maximise product uptake.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in wound care or tissue viability essential.
• Experience selling into the NHS and healthcare procurement processes.
• Leadership of national field-based sales teams across the UK.
• Track record of delivering revenue growth and market share gains.

Responsibilities

• Lead the national sales function across the UK to drive revenue and market share.
• Develop and implement the national sales strategy to meet objectives.
• Coach, motivate and develop Healthcare Development Managers and Account Managers.
• Set clear sales objectives, KPIs and performance expectations.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in NHS acute, community and other settings.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical and senior leadership to align commercial activities.
