Job summary

Progress Sales Recruitment is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager for wound care to lead a high-performing national team and shape the growth strategy across the UK. The role focuses on delivering revenue, expanding market share and driving product adoption in NHS settings.

You will develop the national sales strategy, coach Healthcare Development Managers and Account Managers, and build strong relationships with clinical, procurement and commercial stakeholders to deliver sustainable

Qualifications

Proven experience in wound care or tissue viability is essential.
Background in medical devices, healthcare consumables or a related clinical market.
Experience selling into the NHS and engaging with clinical, procurement and commercial stakeholders.
Track record in healthcare sales leadership and delivering commercial growth.

Responsibilities

Lead the national sales function across the UK and drive commercial performance.
Develop and implement the national sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
Support and enable Healthcare Development Managers to achieve objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and NHS market segments.
Collaborate with marketing, clinical and senior leadership to align activities.
Maintain a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
