Job summary

DX Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Transport Compliance Manager to oversee fleet compliance and ensure adherence to DX Policy & Procedures. The role covers onboarding PAYE, agency drivers and subcontractors, with a focus on delivering DX Delivered Exactly promises.

You will work across depots, ensuring legal standards and ongoing improvements while collaborating with internal teams and external contractors to drive efficiencies.

Qualifications

Essential criteria: CPC Manager qualification (national/international).
Specialist in driver and vehicle legislation.
Transport compliance background/experience.

Responsibilities

Manage fleet compliance for depot(s) and ensure checks are carried out on time.
Oversee vehicle service planning in line with company policy.
Conduct driver licence checks for PAYE, agency and subcontractor drivers.
Complete sub-contractor reviews and maintain reporting for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with management and external contractors to improve processes and efficiency.
