Job summary

DX Group is seeking a Multi-Site Transport Compliance Manager to oversee fleet compliance across multiple depots, ensuring adherence to operator licences, current legislation and DX policies. You will lead a team to maintain vehicle service planning, carry out driver licence checks for PAYE, agency and subcontractors, and collaborate with management and contractors to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• CPC Manager qualification preferred or equivalent
• Specialist knowledge of driver and vehicle legislation
• Background in transport compliance across multiple sites

Responsibilities

• Manage fleet compliance across depot(s) and ensure alignment with operator licences
• Oversee vehicle service planning in line with policy
• Carry out fleet compliance checks, inspections and pre-use/post-use checks for drivers and subcontractors
• Perform driver licence checks for PAYE/Agency and sub-contractor drivers
• Produce reporting to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
