Job summary

EMED Group is seeking a National Trainer to join the Training Team in Redhill/Burgess Hill with national travel as required. You will deliver inductions, mandatory and accredited training, ensuring staff have the knowledge and confidence to perform safely and effectively across the business.

You will collaborate with Operations, HR and Compliance, coaching learners, supporting drivers with theory training and practical assessments, and ensuring high quality delivery across all service lines.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering induction, mandatory and accredited training.
• Ability to coach and support learners to achieve outcomes.
• Experience in driving theory training and driving assessments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver company inductions for new starters across all divisions in designated region.
• Deliver annual refresher and mandatory training across service lines.
• Conduct driver coaching, theory sessions and driving assessments.
• Support and motivate learners to progress in their roles.
• Coach and develop mentors within the region to enhance learning.
