Job summary

EMED Group is seeking a National Trainer to join our training team in Redhill/Burgess Hill with national travel. You will deliver induction, mandatory and accredited training, ensuring colleagues have the knowledge and confidence to perform their roles safely and effectively.

You will work with operational teams, mentors and stakeholders to provide coaching, support, and driver theory training, driving assessments and CPD opportunities across divisions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering induction and mandatory training programs across multiple service lines.
• Ability to coach and develop learners to achieve outcomes.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in healthcare transport and patient care contexts.
• Willingness to travel nationally and work flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver company inductions for new starters across divisions within your designated region.
• Deliver annual refresher and mandatory training programs across all service lines.
• Conduct driver coaching, theory sessions and practical driving assessments.
• Maintain training records accurately and ensure auditable documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Compliance and stakeholders to address training priorities.
