Role Overview

Are you a high-performing sales leader with a proven track record of exceeding targets and inspiring teams? Do you have experience in the automotive sector, specifically within the HGV space? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join the UK's leasing company of the year and leading total asset provider.

Note: Travel for this role will be UK-wide.

Role Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the Specialist Asset Business Development Managers to achieve new customer acquisition targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on proposals, tenders, bids, and contract renewals.
  • Work with Finance to develop financial models and bid management tools to assess deal profitability.
  • Identify new market sectors and support marketing efforts for new product development.

  • Proven sales leadership with a strong record of team performance and results.
  • Experience in the commercial HGV industry and supporting decarbonisation initiatives.
  • Successful track record in delivering tailored tenders and customer solutions.
