Christopher Hyde, established in 1995, is a leading manufacturer of luxury lighting in the UK and international markets. We have an exciting vacancy for an exceptional and enthusiastic National Sales Manager to cover maternity leave.

Responsibilities
- Lead all UK projects, managing large-scale projects with various stakeholders, including sending tender packages, managing lighting schedules, reading architectural and lighting plans, and coordinating with designers, architects, and contractors on timelines and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients and our technical team on custom designs.
- Arrange presentations and meetings with clients in their studios and conduct home visits for residential clients, providing samples and onsite support.
- Nurture existing opportunities, close upcoming sales, and grow the UK sales pipeline, with support from the showroom manager for order processing.
- Cover for the showroom manager during their holiday.
- Support showroom events and activities, including in-showroom and Chelsea Harbour.
- Organize training sessions for team members and communicate updates on internal systems (CRM/Epicor).
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with the Marketing Director, including events, print, and social media collaborations.
- Create content for social media channels and work with marketing on campaigns throughout the year.
- Attend networking events to develop business opportunities and represent Christopher Hyde.
- Participate in trade shows and relevant industry events.
Requirements and Experience
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a senior role within a sales team.
- Experience in outside sales, with flexibility to work on the road, from home, and in showrooms.
- Proficiency with CRM and quoting systems, with strong numeracy skills.
- Excellent presentation and networking abilities.
- Trade show experience.
- Experience using Instagram and LinkedIn for brand promotion and client engagement.
- Passion for the interiors industry; experience in lighting is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and diary skills.
