This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and highly committed person to join The Company.As a family run company we are looking for a professional, friendly and personable new member who has a natural flair and passion for the Interior Design and Lighting Industry.
Responsibilities
·Being the UK Lead on all projects. Able to project manage large scale projects with various stake holders. This can include sending out tender packages, being able to call off a lighting schedule, read architectural and lighting plans and co-ordinate with designers / architects / contractors on timelines and specification.
·Work with clients and our technical team on custom designs.
·Book in presentations and meetings with clients (both existing and new) in their studios across the country. Also conduct home visits for any residential end clients with samples and assist with any onsite questions.
·Nurture existing opportunities, close any upcoming sales and continue to grow the UK Sales Pipeline. The showroom manager will support you with all the sales order processing.
·Covering showroom manager for their booked holiday.
·Supporting Showroom Manager with any events in showroom or Chelsea Harbour.
·Organize relevant training for team members and communicate the updates of internal systems (CRM / Epicor) from head office to the showroom manager.
·Organize new marketing campaigns with Marketing director across events / print and social media. Seek out potential collaborations for future marketing opportunities.
·Creating content for our social media channels with our showroom manager and work with marketing on the social media campaigns throughout the year.
·Seek out and attend networking opportunities for Business Development. Be an ambassador for Christopher Hyde and successfully make new contacts.
·Working at trade shows on our stand and attending any relevant trade show events.
Requirements and Experience:
·Sales experience of at least 5 years and upholding a senior position within a sales team
·Outside Sales Experience. Flexibility of working on the road, from home and in the showroom.
·Ability to work with CRM and quoting systems and confident numeracy skills.
·Excellent presentation and networking skills
·Trade show experience
·Experience in working with Instagram and LinkedIn to promote a brand and engage with clients
·Passionate about the interiors industry and any experience within lighting would be advantageous
·Excellent Communicator with an eye for detail.
·Candidate should be highly organized with excellent time keeping and diary management.
