Job summary

Staffline is seeking an Elite Retail Security Supervisor to join our team on a mobile, nationwide basis. The role requires SIA DS or CP credentials and a full UK driving licence due to travel between regions.

You will lead security operations, manage incidents, and drive performance improvements across the deployed team. Ideal candidates will have a proven background in retail security, loss prevention, and shrinkage reduction, with strong communication and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• SIA DS or CP licence is required.
• Experience in retail security, loss prevention or shrinkage reduction at supervisory level.
• Strong communication and conflict management abilities.
• Able to analyse data and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational liaison for deployments and communications.
• Enforce SOPs and conduct incident reviews across deployments.
• Analyse incident logs and body-worn camera data to identify gaps and drive reviews.
• Support high priority investigations.
• Collaborate with the client's security hub to improve underperforming units.
