Zusammenfassung

Vertu Motors plc is seeking a Project Manager to join our property development team in Gateshead. You will deliver a range of construction projects across our 200 dealership network, ensuring quality, budget stickiness and timely completion.

You will report to the Group Property Development Director at the Gateshead Support Centre, with national travel and occasional overnight stays. Strong PM, QS or Building Surveying background with 5+ years post-grad experience is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in delivering retail or commercial property projects on time and within budget.
• Background in Project Management, Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying.
• Membership in RICS/CIOB/APM is advantageous but not essential.

Aufgaben

• Deliver construction projects from tender through to handover and occupation.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and of high quality.
• Manage refurbishment, construction and small works across the dealership network.
• Oversee compliance with British Standards and safety requirements.
• Coordinate delivery with internal teams and external contractors.
• Monitor budgets and timelines to maintain strong financial control.
