The National Recruitment Manager will lead and coordinate a team of Regional Resourcing Coordinators to deliver a consistent, high-quality recruitment service across the UK.

Job Overview

• Lead, develop, and motivate Regional Resourcing Coordinators to attract and retain skilled operators.

• Build and maintain relationships with training providers, agencies, and other external partners.

Job Requirements

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent understanding of industry compliance, health & safety, and employment regulations.
• Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
