Job summary

Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is offering a 12-month fixed-term Project Co-ordinator role to support a nationally significant BCSP workforce development programme. The post focuses on accreditation and mentorship across England, based with the North West Endoscopy Academy, and involves coordinating multi-stakeholder engagement and governance processes.

The successful candidate will manage project plans, data collection, reporting and risk logs, while building relationships

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience in collecting, analysing and reporting programme data.
• Ability to support governance groups with regular updates and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans and ensure delivery milestones are met.
• Coordinate trainee recruitment, onboarding and engagement activities.
• Collect, monitor and analyse programme data.
• Produce regular reports, dashboards and governance updates.
• Support programme evaluation and collection of outcome measures.
• Organise meetings, webinars, workshops and stakeholder events.
• Maintain risk, issue and action logs and mitigation plans.
• Develop relationships with regional and national stakeholders.
• Liaise with trainees, mentors, Academy Leads, NHS England, HEI partners and screening centres.
• Support communication and engagement across all participating academies.
• Ensure documentation and audit trails are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
