Job summary

Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in England is seeking a proactive Programme and Project Administrator to provide comprehensive support for the Lancashire and South Cumbria Elective Reform Programme across the Provider Collaborative.

The role requires initiative, discretion and the ability to manage multiple workstreams to deadlines, with strong administrative, organisational and communication skills and experience in a programme and project management environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a programme and project management environment.
• Degree level qualification or equivalent knowledge via recognised training.
• Ability to provide high level project management support and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Support development of project tools/systems to monitor delivery progress.
• Monitor delivery progress and keep dashboards up to date for monthly meetings.
• Liaise with operational and clinical leads to obtain updates.
• Update progress reports as required and ensure timely distribution.
• Provide admin support for key meetings and networks.
