We are seeking a National Operations Manager to oversee daily operations nationwide. The ideal candidate will prioritize customer service and be passionate about delivering a first-class experience. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will assist the Operations Manager & Operations Director in leading a team of Branch Managers across the country.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Training and developing Branch Managers and supporting their personal growth
  • Supporting complaint handling processes at local offices
  • Implementing company processes to ensure exceptional tenant and landlord experiences
  • Auditing and supporting asset management and portfolio performance
  • Supporting compliance management to ensure business and portfolio compliance
  • Educating stakeholders on new legislation and HMO licensing requirements
  • Assisting Branch Managers with utility management
  • Managing marketing efforts alongside the Marketing Manager
  • Implementing and reviewing company KPIs monthly with the Operations Manager
Candidate requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work remotely across a branch network
  • Involvement in recruitment and decision-making processes
  • Experience in growing a lettings business
  • ARLA qualification at level 3 minimum
  • Knowledge of the property and lettings industry
  • Experience dealing with high-end stakeholders and investment education
  • Understanding of nationwide property markets
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and prioritize tasks
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
Details:
  • Hours: 9 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
  • Driving license required; personal car preferred
