Job summary

Madison Berkeley is partnering with a leading UK commercial property owner to recruit an experienced Project/Programme Delivery Manager. The role leads a national refurbishment programme, owning a high-volume portfolio and delivering vacant units quickly and cost-effectively.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery from site visits and scope definition to contractor instruction, completion and handover, while challenging scopes to ensure value and alignment with reletting standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven programme or project management experience in commercial property
• Strong track record of delivering high-volume, multi-site works
• Hands-on experience of procuring and delivering works through contractors and consultants
• Clear, confident communication with contractors, consultants and senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Leading a national programme of multi-site refurbishment works, with accountability for cost, quality and turnaround
• Managing and prioritising a live project pipeline in partnership with Asset Management
• Owning the end-to-end delivery of projects, from site visits and scope definition to contractor instruction, completion and handover
• Reviewing and challenging scopes to ensure works are proportionate, commercially justified and aligned with the agreed reletting standard
• Managing contractor and consultant performance, including certification, warranties and project records
