Job summary

Human Appeal is seeking a National Masjid Manager to lead fundraising campaigns in mosques and affiliated organisations. You will work with regional managers to plan, coordinate, and deliver engagement activities, securing bookings for Ramadan collections and other campaigns throughout the year.

You will build a mosque donor network, develop volunteers, manage donor databases, and ensure targets are met while maintaining HA's standards of governance and accountability.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English are required; degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar fundraising role with project/event management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, social media and donor management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver fundraising campaigns in mosques and organisations.
• Secure bookings for collections during Ramadan and year-round campaigns.
• Organise mosque events and tours and recruit volunteers.
• Maintain donor management records and provide reporting on income targets.
• Coordinate with London & South regional managers and Head Office Fundraising.
• Be main point of contact between mosques and HA fundraising.
• Ensure compliance with fundraising codes of conduct and policies.
