Job summary

The Project Sales Engineer – National Major Projects at Eaton will drive profitable growth across LV and MV portfolios by developing major project opportunities with the UK’s top M&E contractors and strategic partners. You will combine commercial leadership with technical engineering guidance, from concept and specification through tender, award and project execution.

You will build senior relationships, deliver technical consultations, and help Eaton become the preferred partner for

Qualifications

• Business degree or further/college education.
• Experience in a B2B environment with contractors or specifiers in construction or technology.
• Proficient in CRM adoption and Power BI usage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a profitable pipeline aligned to growth targets.
• Build executive relationships with major contractors and end users to drive specification and conversion.
• Deliver sales activity through face-to-face and digital engagement to increase pipeline and market share.
• Lead pull-based demand generation with target customers to maximise growth.
• Provide technical application support for MV solutions across project lifecycles.
• Grow penetration through panel builder partners and expand geographic coverage.
• Identify opportunities across Energy Transition portfolio including EV charging and storage.
• Collaborate with other business units to secure and execute strategic projects.
• Utilise CRM analytics and market insights to improve forecast accuracy.
• Support marketing to drive customer acquisition and growth.
