Job summary

Homes England is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Infrastructure Grants Transactions team in delivering grant-funded housing and regeneration projects across England. You will oversee due diligence, contracting and approval processes, coordinating a multi-disciplinary team and external advisers to secure robust funding proposals.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in housing or regeneration development delivery, financial viability, and knowledge of subsidy controls,

Qualifications

• Experience in housing or regeneration development delivery.
• Knowledge of public sector grant funding and subsidy control requirements.
• Ability to manage consultants and external advisers.

Responsibilities

• Review project appraisals, viability assessments, cashflows and funding structures.
• Coordinate technical due diligence and engage external consultants/advisers.
• Negotiate and manage grant funding agreements with partner organisations.
