Job summary

Homes England is seeking an experienced professional to join the Housing and Infrastructure Grant Transactions team. You will review project appraisals, viability assessments and cashflows, coordinating due diligence and external advisers to secure grant funding agreements with partners.

You will work with senior stakeholders across Homes England and partners to progress a national pipeline of regeneration and housing projects, balancing commercial and operational impacts with delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering housing/regeneration development funding.
• Strong understanding of project appraisals, cashflows and funding structures.
• Ability to negotiate grant funding agreements with partner organisations.

Responsibilities

• Review project appraisals, development viability assessments, cashflows and funding structures.
• Coordinate due diligence and engage external consultants and advisers.
• Support development of pipeline of grant-funded propositions through due diligence, contracting and approvals.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across Homes England and partner organisations to progress projects.
