Job summary

Barron Williams Ltd seeks a Group Operations Director to lead strategic development of the group’s operations. You will review current processes and practices across UK&I sites and implement best-practice improvements to maximise value.

The role involves developing a national service offering, coordinating multi-site operations, and planning long-term people development. Travel across the UK and Ireland with occasional EU trips is required; base in Northern England with homeworking.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading multi-site operations teams in refrigeration or air conditioning sectors.
• Experience delivering strategic objectives and leading change across complex organisations.
• Strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland and to EU as required.
