Job summary

Barron Williams, on behalf of our client, a leader in energy-efficient cooling and heating installations, seeks a Group Operations Director to drive strategic development across UK&I and beyond.

Based in Northern England with extensive travel, the role requires a proven refrigeration or HVAC operations leader capable of building best practices and delivering value through multi-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site refrigeration or HVAC operations.
• Track record delivering strategic objectives and service excellence.
• Able to travel UK & Ireland with occasional EU trips.

Responsibilities

• Review current operations across UK/Ireland and derive improvements.
• Develop national service offering and Group identity.
• Plan long-term people strategy for operations including recruitment and training.
• Drive best practices to deliver operational excellence.
• Engage with group businesses to maximise impact.
