Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic and results-driven National Fundraising Operations Manager to oversee and drive the success of a national face-to-face fundraising programme. This is a key leadership role with a strong focus on team performance, operational excellence, and motivational management.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment, enjoys leading teams, and is passionate about making a real difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage weekly and monthly budgets for the programme
  • Clearly communicate budgetary expectations to all relevant staff
  • Oversee, mentor, and support Managers and Team Leaders to maximise performance and efficiency
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and development of new staff
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and motivation to teams across the UK
  • Drive innovative strategies to improve staff performance and engagement
  • Act promptly on any complaints raised through internal compliance channels
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the programme
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and procedures
  • Uphold compliance with the Fundraising Regulator Code of Conduct, Fundraising Promise, and relevant codes of practice
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll, HR, and performance documents
