Job summary

Fleet Procure Ltd is seeking a National Fleet & Leasing Manager to develop and manage relationships with UK automotive brands and FN50 leasing companies. The role works closely with the NF&L Manager to drive growth and deliver solutions through the Fleet Procure platform.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in automotive fleet, strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and a proven ability to present to senior decision-makers at national levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years automotive fleet experience with major leasing company or vehicle brand at regional or national level.
• Proven ability to manage and develop key partner and vendor relationships.
• Ability to engage with senior decision-makers and present product solutions.
• Demonstrated aptitude for analysing sales figures and generating reports.
• Strong attention to detail and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage major UK automotive fleet and leasing clients.
• Establish long-term relationships and tailor Fleet Procure platform solutions to client needs.
• Engage with key decision-makers to showcase product capabilities.

Fleet Procure provides a multitude of e-procurement solutions to the automotive fleet and leasing industry. The past three years has seen 80-90% growth year-on-year with the solutions branching out from being originally a predominately Leasing Broker and Dealer proposition, to being a solution for automotive OEM’s and FN50 leasing companies.

The company hosts two key annual events which have become staples of the industry calendar; The Fleet Procure Annual Awards and Fleet Procure LIVE.

About the Role

This is a full-time role for a National Fleet & Leasing Manager, working closely with the existing NF&L Manager, developing and managing relationships with UK Automotive brands and FN50 leasing companies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and management of major clients in the UK Automotive fleet and leasing industry.
• Establish and maintain long-term client relationships, deeply understand client needs, and provide solutions via the Fleet Procure platform.
• Breaking down walls to get in front of key decision-makers to showcase our product solutions.
• Prepare and execute presentations and product demonstrations
• Analyse order and delivery data to produce and understand reports.
• Assist organising and hosting customer events throughout the year.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years automotive fleet experience working directly for a major leasing company or automotive vehicle brand at a regional or national level
• Experience in managing and developing key partner and vendor relationships
• Ability to get in front of key decision-makers to showcase our product solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse sales figures, produce and understand reports.
• Relevant skills include strong analytical abilities, proficiency with reporting and management software, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making.
• Highly motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and external partners.
• Ability for flexible working conditions to fit around industry events which could involve overnight stays across the country.
• Valid UK driving license with less than 6 penalty points.
