Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead the UK and European car fleet, ensuring governance, cost control and efficient service delivery. The role involves managing fleet suppliers, developing policy, and driving cost savings across multiple countries.

The position offers hybrid working after probation and onsite parking, in a well-established international business with a strong market reputation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a company car fleet, ideally across multiple countries or sites.
• Strong understanding of fleet suppliers, leasing and commercial arrangements.
• Confident analysing supplier proposals and making cost-driven recommendations.
• Comfortable building controls, reporting routines and audit trails from scratch.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe as required.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of the company's UK and European car fleet, covering governance, cost control and service delivery
• Manage Fleet suppliers and service providers, driving performance, consolidation and cost savings
• Develop and maintain Fleet Policy and consistent processes across all countries in scope
• Oversee mileage governance, fuel card arrangements and vehicle servicing, maintenance and breakdown cover
• Manage insurance, claims, accident/damage reporting, and vehicle handover and lease-return processes
• Coordinate vehicle quotations, lease renewals and fines administration, while supporting the development of EV/hybrid solutions
