Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven National Field Sales Operations Manager. The role focuses on managing a team in the field, driving sales, maintaining high standards, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. The manager will liaise with leadership, report on activities, and support team development.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver excellent store standards and customer service
• Ensure compliance and best practices are followed
• Audit the field team and conduct field visits
• Provide feedback, coaching, and training to team members
• Build relationships with the team and customers
• Drive sales in the field
• Manage time effectively and complete reports
• Maintain excellent communication skills

Key Requirements:

• Strong personal integrity and influence skills
• Willing to travel nationally, approximately 4 days a week in the field
• Experience managing field sales teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Self-starter with good time management
• Team player, collaborative and resilient
• Confident in handling conflicts and difficult situations
• Excellent personal presentation
• Fluent in English; bilingual advantageous
• Education up to GCSE level
• Experience in retail outlet visits preferred
• Proficient with IT systems (Word, Excel, Email)
• Full driving license and access to a vehicle
