We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Operations Manager (National) with experience in FMCG, retail, pharmacy, and field sales. The role involves managing a team in the field, driving sales, ensuring compliance, and supporting leadership. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the team, conducting audits and field visits, providing coaching and training, building relationships with the team and customers, and driving sales performance.
