Field Sales Operations Manager - National

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Operations Manager - National. The role primarily involves managing a field team, driving sales, maintaining high standards in the field, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
This multifaceted role requires the individual to liaise with, report to, and support the leadership team. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing the team to deliver excellent store standards and customer service.
- Ensuring compliance and best practices are met to the highest standards.
- Auditing the field team and conducting field visits as per company expectations.
- Providing constructive feedback, challenging poor practices, and celebrating successes.
- Supporting coaching, training, and onboarding new team members.
- Building relationships with the field team and customers.
- Driving sales through the field teams.
- Managing time effectively and completing reports.
- Maintaining excellent communication skills.
Key Requirements:
- Strong personal integrity with sound judgment and influencing skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally, with approximately 4 days per week in the field.
- Experience managing field sales teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to develop strong relationships with teams and stakeholders.
- Self-starter capable of managing workload with minimal supervision.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Robust, determined, and proactive in resolving issues.
- Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations confidently.
- Excellent personal presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; bilingual skills advantageous.
- Education up to GCSE level.
- Experience or knowledge of visiting retail outlets with field sales teams.
- Proficient in IT systems including Word, Excel, and Email.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
Remuneration:
- Competitive annual salary with end-of-year bonus.
- OTE £50,000 to £55,000 per annum.
