Sales Manager (Gas Sensing)

We have an opportunity for a Sales Manager (Gas Sensing) to join us at Honeywell, where you will proactively manage and develop City Technology, Sensoric & Envitec Industrial Gas Sensors business to the external customers for profitable growth.

This is a remote role with up to 50% travel within UK and Europe.

  • Technical background within gas detection environments (sensing, instrumentation or engineering)
  • Extensive experience within sales, particularly within Value Based Selling
  • Create and justify business plans while developing and executing long-term strategic account plans to achieve financial sales and profitability goals.
  • Coordinate complex multifunctional relationships between customers and suppliers in a Business-to-Business (B2B) manufacturing/OEM environment.
  • Leverage strong key account management skills and financial interpretation of management reports for effective variance analysis.

  • Prepare and complete annual sales and customer account plans, forecasts, and quarterly business reviews under the Gas Sensing Sales Leader's guidance.
  • Utilize SFDC software for tracking visits, next tasks, and new business opportunities (NBOs).
  • Maintain relationships with key product, commercial, and business managers within EMEA customers' organizations.
  • Develop and execute account plans to secure existing business and foster growth for the Gas Sensors sector.
  • Liaise with customers' product management, sales, and marketing to support the Gas SiOT business and identify future product needs.
