Field Sales Operations Manager National

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Operations Manager at a national level. The role primarily involves managing a field team, driving sales, maintaining high standards in the field, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
This multifaceted role requires the individual to liaise, report, and support the leadership team. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing the team to deliver excellent store standards and customer service.
- Ensuring compliance and best practices are adhered to at all times.
- Auditing the field team and conducting field visits as per company expectations.
- Providing constructive feedback, addressing poor practices, and celebrating successes.
- Supporting coaching, training, and onboarding of new team members.
- Building relationships with the field team and customers.
- Driving sales within the field teams.
- Managing time effectively and completing reports timely.
- Maintaining excellent communication skills.
Key Requirements
- Strong personal integrity with the ability to make clear judgments and influence change.
- Willingness to travel nationally, spending approximately 4 days a week in the field.
- Experience managing field sales teams.
- Interpersonal and influencing skills to develop strong relationships with teams and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with good time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Robust, determined, and willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues.
- Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations confidently.
- Excellent personal presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; bilingual skills are advantageous.
- Education up to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Experience or knowledge of field sales visiting retail outlets is preferred.
- Proficiency in IT systems including Word, Excel, and Email.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
Remuneration
- Competitive annual salary with an end-of-year bonus.
- OTE £50,000 to £55,000 per annum.
