Field Sales Operations Manager National

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Operations Manager (National). The role focuses on managing a field team, driving sales, maintaining high standards, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

The individual will liaise with, report to, and support the leadership team. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading, motivating, and developing the team to achieve store excellence and customer service
  2. Ensuring compliance and best practices
  3. Auditing the field team
  4. Conducting field visits as per company expectations
  5. Providing constructive feedback and addressing poor performance
  6. Coaching, training, and onboarding new starters
  7. Building relationships with the field team and customers
  8. Driving sales in the field
  9. Time management and report submission
  10. Maintaining excellent communication skills
Key Requirements:
  • Strong integrity and ability to influence change
  • Willingness to travel nationally, approximately 4 days a week in the field
  • Experience managing field sales teams

Remuneration:
  • Competitive salary with end-of-year bonus
  • OTE £50,000 - £55,000/year
