Field Sales Operations Manager National

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Operations Manager (National). The role primarily involves managing a field team, driving sales, ensuring high standards in the field, and adhering to compliance and company procedures.

This multifaceted role requires the individual to liaise, report, and support the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve store excellence and customer satisfaction.
  2. Ensure compliance and best practices are maintained to high standards.
  3. Audit the field team and conduct field visits as per company expectations.
  4. Provide constructive feedback, challenge poor practices, report on team performance, and celebrate successes.
  5. Support coaching, training, and onboarding of new team members.
  6. Build relationships with the field team and customers.
  7. Drive sales within the field teams.
  8. Manage time effectively and complete reports timely.
  9. Maintain excellent communication skills.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong personal integrity with sound judgment and influencing skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationally, spending approximately 4 days a week in the field.
  • Experience managing field sales teams.
  • Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with team and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Robust, determined, and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations confidently.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; bilingual skills are advantageous.
  • Education up to GCSE level.
  • Experience or knowledge of visiting retail outlets with field sales teams.
  • Proficiency in IT systems (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
Remuneration & Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary with an end-of-year bonus.
  • OTE £50,000 to £55,000 per annum.
  • Vehicle allowance, business mobile, and laptop.
  • Auto-enrolment pension after 3 months.
  • 28 days annual leave including bank holidays.
