Job summary

WR Logistics is recruiting a Field Sales Executive for a national role in foodservice. You will focus on new business, identify opportunities with hotels, restaurants, schools and caterers, and demonstrate premium products and cooking equipment.

This position offers a basic salary up to £40,000 with uncapped commission and a genuine opportunity for career progression across the UK. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales within foodservice or hospitality sectors.
• Proven ability to develop new business and acquire accounts.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with a consultative approach.
• Self-motivated, target-driven mindset capable of managing a national territory.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the UK with a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across a national territory.
• Build strong relationships with chefs, catering managers and procurement teams.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and commercial presentations.
• Promote a premium range of foodservice products and kitchen equipment.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract win.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events.
