NHS Blood and Transplant is seeking a National Contract Manager to lead the management of national facilities contracts across the UK. You will drive performance, governance and continuous improvement to ensure safe, compliant, cost-efficient services that support our life-saving mission.

You will oversee procurement, budgets and risk, collaborate with suppliers and senior stakeholders, and help shape future service contracts while travelling UK-wide as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in national facilities contracts or large multi-site contracts.
• Strong governance and performance monitoring skills.
• Ability to analyse data and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders.

• Lead management of national facilities management contracts, ensuring safe, compliant services and value for money.
• Drive supplier performance through governance, monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Support delivery of high-quality environments enabling NHSBT services across sites.
• Oversee contract compliance, audits and assurance to manage risk and standards.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and commercial activities for resource efficiency.
• Contribute to procurement, mobilisation and implementation of future contracts.
• Analyse performance, financial and operational data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, technical experts and senior stakeholders.
• Develop contract management processes, reporting tools and performance frameworks.
