NHS Blood and Transplant is recruiting a Programme Manager to lead high-impact programmes within the Clinical Services Directorate, turning strategic goals into delivery plans and coordinating senior stakeholders.

This national role requires travel across England, offers hybrid working, and opportunities to shape NHS services while developing your career in a high-profile environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in a relevant subject and postgraduate qualification OR demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Practitioner Certificate in PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrates commitment to ongoing professional development (CPD).

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-profile programmes or portfolios from inception through to completion.
• Shape governance, plans and resources to achieve programme benefits and quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to secure support and keep programmes on track.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and resolve complex delivery challenges.
• Lead benefits realisation and ensure programme investment delivers value.
• Support business readiness and change activities for new ways of working.

Formação académica

Degree in a relevant subject (business, management, information systems) and post graduate level qualification OR demonstrable equivalent experience
