PeoplePlus is seeking a National Employer Relationship Manager to grow our national employer network, shape the employer engagement strategy and drive commercial opportunities that deliver social value across the UK. You will work with the Employer Engagement Director, nurturing senior stakeholder relationships, securing contracts, and coordinating bids, mobilisation and delivery to ensure we meet targets.

• Experience in employer engagement, strategic partnerships, business development or related role.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial drive with targets in revenue or growth.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.

• Develop and strengthen relationships with national employers and senior decision-makers.
• Promote and sell our employer and social value services to grow revenue.
• Embed employer engagement into new business opportunities from the outset.
• Lead social value advocacy and promote inclusive recruitment.
• Monitor engagement, vacancies and KPIs; report performance monthly.
