• Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to enable smooth onboarding and cross-selling.
• Support RFQs, tenders, and customer presentations with customized solutions.
• Participate in customer reviews and executive meetings to strengthen relationships.
• Contribute to pricing strategy to ensure profitability.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking activities.
• Mentor and support local sales teams to improve customs knowledge.
