Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive national growth across asbestos compliance, surveying, analytical, and removal services. You will identify major multi-site accounts and secure long-term contracts across the UK.

You will define strategic growth plans, build senior relationships, and position the company as a preferred national partner for asbestos management and risk services. Travel nationally as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in relevant technical, compliance, or environmental services.
• Vocational training or industry competence.
• BOHS, UKATA, or asbestos-related technical qualifications (awareness, P-certs, etc.).
• Business or marketing degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a national business development strategy aligned to growth targets.
• Identify and acquire high-value key accounts with potential multi-site opportunities.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers across client organisations.
• Map national frameworks, property portfolios, and clients to drive multi-site wins.
• Lead generation and conversion to meet revenue targets.
• Produce tailored proposals, quotations, and tender responses with Bid Team support.
