Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Risk Specialist to carry out asbestos surveys, manage ACM data, and ensure compliance across sites in the UK. The role requires BOHS P402/RSPH Level 3 certification or equivalent experience, with at least two years in asbestos management and a full UK driving licence.

You will maintain ACM records, work with Alpha Tracker, and support remediation planning while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 certificate or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in asbestos management or compliance.
• Full UK driving licence; strong attention to detail and organisation.
• IT competent and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Carry out visual re-inspections of known ACMs per schedules.
• Review and update Asbestos Management Plans for accuracy.
• Upload inspection data to Alpha Tracker at register/ACM level.
• Identify issues requiring remediation or corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and CBRE procedures.
• Maintain high health and safety standards on site.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
• Support remedial works planning and delivery where needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of asbestos management processes.
