Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is seeking a National Account Executive to join our Retail team on a 2-year fixed-term contract. You will support key retail customers, analyse performance data, manage promotions and help drive growth for leading dairy brands across major UK retailers.

This role offers hands-on exposure to account management and commercial operations within a leading FMCG business. Ideal candidates include recent graduates or those with experience in sales support, analytics or FMCG.

Qualifications

• Graduates welcome; strong numerical/data mindset is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of account plans for key retail customers.
• Analyse sales, promotions and customer data to identify trends.
• Forecast customer demand and promotional volumes.
• Produce reports and insights for commercial decisions.
• Support customer meetings and presentations and maintain admin accuracy.
• Monitor promotional performance and assess outcomes.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Category teams.
